Hi, I’m Nadja!
I’m the founder of The Work Edit: for Good, and offer 11+ years of experience as a leader in education, local government, and nonprofits. While still an undergrad at NYU, I started my career in the New York art gallery world (picture me in heels lugging expensive paintings across Park Avenue). I later managed development and communications for an NY-based human rights nonprofit.
Like so many among us, the 2008 financial downturn led me to grad school, where I earned my MPA from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. I subsequently guided decision making and resource allocation for DC Public Schools, oversaw school quality and accountability for charter authorizers in Indianapolis and later Washington State, and managed data governance for a national nonprofit based in Seattle. Since 2010, I have spent my professional career developing systems, tools, training, and resources to ensure public sector organizations make data-driven decisions to improve the lives of the populations they serve.
I currently live in Seattle, WA with my husband, cat, and two boys, Julian and Luca.
